Order Your Transcript

  1. On the left under “Transcripts” click on “order”
  2. In the box that asks “What school did you attend?” type in “Leo” – a drop down box will appear.Click on Leo Jr Sr High School
  3. Re-enter your username and password
  4. It should show that you are “currently enrolled”
  5. Enter your gender
  6. Enter “Earliest Year” 
  7. Enter “Expected Graduation Year” 
  8. Click on “I waive my right to access.”
  9. Click on “Consent and Request”
  10. Click on “Order” in the “Order your transcript” box
  11. Enter who you are sending it to – you can look up a college/university or send one to yourself.
    1. Click on “Yourself or another individual”
    2. Select delivery method – electronic delivery
    3. Check information for accuracy, re-enter your email, then click on Save & Continue
  12. There should be NO CHARGE to send a transcript.
  13. Review the information
  14. Add another destination if you need to
  15. When finished, click “Save and Continue”
  16. Click on “Continue”
  17. Sign with your finger
  18. Type in your parent’s name
  19. Click on the consent box
