Dear Leo Families,

As we wrap up the first semester of the 2021-2022 school year, I am thankful for such an outstanding start and the welcoming that I have received. I’d like to thank everyone for your commitment to Leo High School and your child’s education.  The success we have experienced since the start of the school year is due, in large part, to the support and commitment of our families and community.

The Leo High School staff works together as a team to provide your child(ren) the very best educational experience. Our staff has been hard at work teaching, assessing, and examining data.  Teachers and staff work within their content area and grade level teams to ensure student learning. Teachers have been working hard as they continue to deliver engaging, quality lessons to our students, challenging them to reach their personal best in every situation.  Our students are engaged in learning during the school day and busy with their activities, athletics, or interests afterward. LHS students work hard as they continue to achieve high levels of academic and behavioral success. I am proud of their efforts!  There is such value in a shared commitment to being the absolute best that we can be, every day, in every situation and that commitment is evident at Leo High School. We are truly striving to build the highest level of character and success in each of our students and in ourselves.

As always, we would like to remind our LHS families; we see our School Messenger system, newsletter, LHS website, and Facebook page as important ways we maintain communication between school and home. Our emails, School Messenger calls, website, and the Facebook page contain a variety of updates as to what is happening at school, what your student is learning, and provide you with an overview of our great school.  If you haven’t already “Liked” or “Follow” our Facebook page, please do so @LeoHighSchool.

Lastly, I wish you all a joyous and restful winter break.

Your partner in education,

Chad M. Houser
